As a stylist and associate, some of your responsibilities should include the following.

*In salon classes *Continued education outside of the salon *Identify your guests needs by asking pointed questions *Recommend styles that are suitable according to your guests face shape and style *Recommend and use products that are suitable for their hair and scalp *Are able to apply a wide range of coloring and lightening techniques *When available, accommodate walk-ins *Form a bond with all guests and stylists *Up-sell services and products *Help maintain cleanliness of salon as well as your station

**Must have a valid NJ Cosmetology License **Associates must have at least 1 year experience working in a salon
