• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with product sales and provide information to clients.
• Keep the reception area organized and tidy. Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively.
• Experience in a salon or customer service role preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software. Availability:
