    We're looking for an enthusiastic Salon Receptionist to be the face of our business—someone who thrives in a social setting, is organized, and enjoys creating great experiences for guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warm Guest Greeting: Be the first friendly face clients see, setting the tone for a fantastic visit.

    • Appointment Management: Handle booking, confirmations, and cancellations via our booking system with attention to detail.

    • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Payment Processing: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

    • Promotions and Sales: Promote salon services, retail products, and memberships, assisting clients with their needs and helping them discover new products.

    • Stylist Coordination: Help coordinate stylist schedules, ensuring smooth appointment flow.

    • Front Desk Organization: Maintain an inviting, clean, and well-stocked front desk and retail area.

    • Administrative Support: Assist with light admin tasks, as well as special events or promotions.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or reception (salon/spa experience is a plus).

    • Strong Communication Skills: You should be an effective communicator, both in person and over the phone.

    • Friendly and Professional: A welcoming, polished demeanor to provide exceptional service.

    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with booking software and POS systems (training will be provided).

    • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.

    • Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive Hourly Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
