Job Title: Cashier FOR AVON LOCATION
Reports to: Restaurant Manager & Shift Manager
Within the location assigned, the cashier is in charge of processing all food orders and reflecting a positive happy experience to all customers. As well as assisting in expediting orders, answering the phone to handle to-go orders.
Main Accountabilities
In addition to following Salsa Fresca’s policies and procedures, main accountabilities are as follows:
Maintain a friendly attitude at all times
Maintain an accurate drawer at all times
Upselling customers drinks, and extras
Promoting any current marketing initiatives
Assisting online and expediting orders and bagging to-go orders
Taking phone orders for pick up and delivery
Assist in opening and closing of the store
Perform any other tasks assigned by MOD
Required Skills & Abilities:
Motivated
Excellent communication skills
Cover shifts when needed
Understand all roles in the restaurant
Strong ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently through proper channels
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrate good personal hygiene
