Position Overview
WeBox is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Logistics and Operations to play a pivotal role in the company's growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our hubs, managing drivers, optimizing route planning, enhancing user delivery experiences, and actively contributing to the development of additional hubs to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Hub Operations Management:
Driver Management:
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Implement performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in driver efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement effective route planning strategies to optimize delivery schedules and minimize transit times.
* Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance route efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience by ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly.
* Collaborate with customer support teams to gather feedback and implement improvements.
* Contribute to the strategic expansion of hubs by identifying new locations and overseeing the setup of operational infrastructure.
* Work closely with the leadership team to support overall business growth initiatives.
