Saltalk is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to be the bridge between the customer and the food experience teams. As a Customer Success representative, you will advocate on behalf of the customers and take a team-based approach to help customers succeed with Saltalk. You will work directly with customers to improve their overall meal experience, as well as one-on-one with customers who request a more personalized dialogue. This position works closely with customers to identify and be able to drive both upsell and cross-sell opportunities and establish a one-to-many communication channel approach. You will be accountable for the overall customer well-being by supervising customer health, driving customer adoption through the Saltalk process, and acting as a partner concern point for customer issues.
