    We are looking for a Head of Partnership to define team's goal and manage partner relationships. You'll be responsible for the preservation and expansion of our in house and local partners, and leading the whole partnership team.

    Head of Partnership plays an management role in ensuring we provide the highest quality and variety cuisines for our customers from the most successful food entrepreneurs and local restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for cuisine planning, team's scorecard definition and partnership management. From the initial selection & prospecting to the build out of menus, you will ensure that we have the supply ready to meet the demand arise. You are the person that is always up to date on the latest food trends, and love the idea of immersing yourself in the details of food descriptions & menu item pairings.

    The ideal candidate will have talent in communication and experience in partnership and culinary service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between partner orientation and a results-driven approach.

    The goal is to find opportunities and turn food entrepreneurs and local restaurants in long-term profitable relationships based on Saltalk kitchen and mutual satisfaction.

    Job Summary

    Seeking qualified partners from culinary school, food entrepreneurs community and local restaurants. As part of the business development process, create and deliver partnership presentations that demonstrate the service of Saltalk's e-commerce platform, Saltalk's kitchen platform, professional logistics, and great customer service. Promote the revenue forecast to ensure the optimal solution for the partners. Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging service to best position Saltalk kitchen platform in the marketplace.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Team scorecard and KPI definition
    • Team training and management
    • Help partners be successful based on Saltalk e-commerce food delivery platform
    • Negotiate competitive margins, pricing, and portions for both new and existing cuisines
    • Coach prospective culinary partners throughout the onboarding process
    • Introduce and monitor performance standards for our newest culinary partners, ensuring the long term success of their partnership
    • Make decisions on future culinary partners & their cuisines based on cuisine gap assessments, current and future customers needs, and cross functional partnerships

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of sales, partnership, or business development experience
    • 3+ years experience in the food and beverage industry partnership development with deep knowledge about food and food production
    • Ability to critically identify key market trends and demand, and work collaboratively across geographies and departments
    • Strong interpersonal skills needed for effective relationship management, establishing rapport, negotiating deals, and creating business partnerships
