A great work ethic, positive attitude, understanding & interest of food, wine, beer and hospitality are all required. Catering by Saltbox is a division of Saltbox Farm and Saltbox Kitchen we offer a unique and personalized approach to events. Our goal is to help our Clients with as much as they need and help create a special event for them and their guests. Your role with us will include, but is not limited to: * Going to events as a FOH service team member * Staffing events, entering hours for payroll and distributing gratuities * Updating and sending info sheets * Going on site visits, assisting in planning site visits * Managing databases/lists with sales information pertaining to venues, event planners etc. * Securing necessary event permits & insurance needs
