    Job Summary

    Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates, and utensil.Washing by hand or loading dishwasher. The dishwasher will also be responsible for helping with the overall cleanliness of the store, this will include bathrooms, taking trash out, and moping and sweeping

    Responsibilities

    Ability to show up to work on time. Tardiness should be reported to the Executive Chef. Tardiness of more than 5 minutes should be reported to direct supervisor via phone call or text message.

    Maintains a clean and sanitary workspace.

    Opens and closes kitchen/store properly by following any checklists for store.

    Preforms other related duties assigned by key management.

    Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.

    Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and communicate with Executive chef when necessary.

    Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.

    Remove garbage regularly.

    Sanitize the kitchen/bathroom/front end area, including the floor.

    Must have ability to lift 25lbsor more.

    Ability to stand/walk for 8 or more hours per shift

    Qualifications

    1-3 years’ experience as a restaurant cook preferred

    ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification (or must be willing to attain)

    Effective communication skills

    Ability to lift 25+ lbs

    Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
