    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our legal department and contribute to the smooth functioning of our legal operations. If you have excellent organization skills, can communicate effectively across all levels, and are looking for a great work environment, we would love to connect! Responsibilities: • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and court appearances for attorneys and maintaining firm’s internal calendar, including coordinating with opposing counsel’s offices and judicial assistants • Assist in the preparation of trials, hearings and depositions, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders • Prepare and file legal documents through the Florida E- Filing Portal, PACER, CourtMap or equivalent, and adhering to deadlines and procedural requirements • Provide general support including managing emails and handling correspondence related to cases • Communicating with clients to obtain documentation responsive to discovery requests and provide updates on cases • Compiling exhibits and redacting, when necessary • Maintaining and organizing legal files and documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness • Provide support to litigation attorneys/ paralegals Qualifications: • Proven experience working as legal assistant or in a similar role • Knowledge of e-Filing procedures for Federal and State courts • Must be fluent English and Spanish • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Must be organized • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-spaced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/ Foxit • Experience with Clio Management is a plus Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
