DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will work on build, optimize and operationalize robotic process automation as well as maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required. The ideal candidate will work on build, optimize and operationalize robotic process automation as well as maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required. Candidate will have to Plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex automation designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.

-7+ years development, 5+ Years of automation experience with 3+ in UI Path RPA development  (UI Path certification is a plus)

-Design and develop automations using RPA tools like BluePrism and/or UiPath. Guide and manage the RPA solution preparation and delivery. Collaborates with the other process and development team roles to interpret business requirements and translate them into an automation solution that meets functional and non-functional needs.

-Design and automate using design principles of industry standard RPA solutions, which is reusable and scalable in multi robot/runner situations.

-Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.

-Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.

-Configure new UI processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
