    RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR:

    • Support dealership social media initiatives
    • Collaborate with sales and service management teams regarding social media initiatives.
    • The administrator of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
    • Manage and respond to customer reviews on social media accounts
    • Strategically incorporate internal marketing strategies to meet Honda, Buick & GMC corporate strategies.
    • Execute Direct Mail and email campaigns in conjunction with Honda, Buick & GMC corporate marketing
    • Analyze sales data in conjunction with marketing data.
    • The administrator of CRM and Call Source data
    • On a regular basis, communicate current marketing messages to customers via the CRM tool to include drafting the messages and creating simple graphic designs.
    • Write and edit the Wiregrass Auto Journal newspaper published quarterly. This includes writing articles about dealership initiatives, dealership functions, and service coupons.
    • Update billboards in conjunction with current dealership promotions.
    • Update dealership websites regularly to communicate current promotions, events, or other important dealership information to customers
    • Monitor, participate and handle all logistics for setting up and take down of all community events on the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and Fort Rucker’s MWR calendar, during the week and at times on weekends.
    • Coordinate events with department managers to ensure coverage and participation by dealership employees.
    • Maintain inventory of giveaway items to be used at marketing events.
    • Organize & execute all dealership and employee events.
    • Participate in meetings held by Wiregrass Wounded Veterans Committee.
    • Write press releases and contact media outlets about upcoming Sam Boswell Honda & Buick GMC events.
    • Receive and approve sponsorship and donation requests.
    • Coordinate with third party for filming of commercials to meet current initiatives.
    • Communicate with third-party advertising agencies to identify missed opportunities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES - HUMAN RESOURCES, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND RECRUITMENT:

    • Meet with department heads to discuss open positions and recruitment strategies
    • Write and post job requisitions on job recruiting platforms
    • Conduct initial phone interviews for each department
    • Participate in candidate interviews with department heads & provide input
    • Evaluate talent to move candidates forward in the interviewing process
    • Guide new hires through the hiring process
    • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding to include completing appropriate paperwork, assigning proper training, meet and greet with department heads and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed prior to the initial start of employment.
    • The administrator of GM Global Connect and CRM tools and responsible for keeping all job roles and employee information up to date and assigning correct permissions.
    • Monitor training for all employees to ensure training modules are complete for each quarter.
    • Resolve employee complaints in conjunction with department managers
    • Organize employee team-building functions
    • Update changes to the employee handbook as needed.
    • Submit memos to employees regarding policy changes and upcoming events.
    • Listen and implement employee ideas as necessary and resolve employee complaints as appropriate.

    RESPONSIBILITIES - DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR:

    • Organize and present OSHA compliance meetings for all departments
    • Support department managers as needed, including but not limited to, administrative tasks, clerical support, and custodial support
    • Manage custodial inventory and order supplies as necessary
    • Order, manage and distribute uniforms from vendors
    • Support customer service advances by making sure customer waiting areas are functional and clean
    • Work closely with the Management Team to implement special projects, i.e technology needs.
    • Administrative assistant tasks to the dealer principle
