    We are seeking 1 to 2 customer centric people to assist our guests at Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln. If you have excellent communication skills, are a motivated individual that is willing to learn how to educate and explain service recommendations and demonstrate elite customer service results we want you on our team.

Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Quick Lane Service Advisor , you will be tasked with assisting customers to assure that our clients are given a "5 STAR EXPERIENCE" Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln Service Department.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor get approval from warranty companies

    Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day

    Update the customers on the status of their vehicles

    Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

    Be available on the Service drive to meet and greet customers and assure that they are taken care of in a timely manner

    Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer

    Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele

    Job Requirements

    Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

    The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability

    The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism

    The ability to work in a fast paced environment

    Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment

    Team Player

    Excellent communication skills

    Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus

    Consistent and stable work history

    Valid in-state driver's license

    High school diploma or GED equivalent required

    Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired
