    Job Description

    ABOUT THE JOB:

    Samasource is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Enablement Manager to drive the creation, development, delivery and overall evolution of our sales enablement program. As a leader within the Samasource sales team, your success will be based on the translation of our existing knowledge base within industry, product and competition and apply it to skills development through a coaching framework. You will be responsible for training in large forums, 1 on 1 coaching, building our enablement content infrastructure and measuring success by ensuring new hires ramp quickly and the existing team improves on their KPIs. 

    This role will not only work closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives, but also heavily with our Marketing, Product and Global Delivery team to ensure sales is fully enabled. You will play a key role in translating key product differentiators into business value and customer scenarios enabling the Sales team to easily replicate and apply immediately.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Leadership to establish Sales and Marketing enablement priorities and project plans
    • Build the sales onboarding program to effectively speed the ramp time of new Account Executives and ensure they make their quota
    • Lead weekly coaching sessions for the sales team through review sessions via Gong certifications, as well as to conduct interactive and collaborative, role-play sessions 
    • Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate across departments to build and deliver content to address
    • Evaluate current sales methodology and apply improvements more necessary 
    • Measure and report back on AE improvements by following turn rates throughout the funnel which ultimately captures in win rate improvements 
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and deliver Gong data to cross-functional teams 
    • Organize all of the sales enablement collateral to make it easy for Account Executives and SDRs to find what they need, when they need it
    • Establish a certification system to ensure knowledge retention
    • Assist in-flight deals by providing AEs with the best and latest enablement collateral
    • Evolve the sales process with sales leaders to improve win rates and reduce cycle times
    • Identify technologies to purchase to improve sales productivity
    • Build a global sales enablement team that supports current and future business needs
    • Long term eye on building the channel and ensuring our sales enablement material can be supported in properly selling the Samasource way through our partners

     

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of professional experience in corporate learning, enablement, sales strategy, sales productivity, sales, or similar roles for a complex selling org that sells to the enterprise
    • Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of information with a deep understanding of what constitutes as sales-relevant content
    • Proven track record of scoping, building, and executing integrated sales communications, and enablement programs and content
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high value, on-demand training
    • A passion for story-telling and a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct, and concrete way
    • Prior experience implementing Sandler, MEDDIC, and/or SPICED Sales Methodology frameworks
    • A culture add - ensuring sessions are engaging, fun, and competitive 
    • Dynamic and engaging style that builds excitement and commands attention
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
    • Experience leading the delivery of many aspects of sales or user conferences including process, agenda, tools, A/V
    • Passion for learning about the best and most innovative sales productivity methods, approaches, and technologies
    • Prior knowledge in fully utilizing call intelligence technology like Gong is a strong plus 
    • LMS management experience a plus
    • Instructional design experience a plus
