    Job Description

    SecurePak is a packaging supply distributor established in 1985 and a sister company to SameDay Delivery. SecurePak is looking for a Sales Representative to complete the team.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execute and manage all sales, marketing and order pick activities
      • Prospect and close new business opportunities via phone and/or visit
      • Quote and close customer business
      • Pull order and schedule delivery
      • Invoice after delivery
      • Manage customer concerns
      • Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers
      • Monitor and analyze customer and product mix seeking opportunities for new product growth
    • Exceed current revenue and profit goals
    • Maintain customer and sales information
    • Prepare sales reports for management
    • Reports to sales management and ownership

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to lead as well as the ability to learn
    • Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
    • Capacity to multi-task and creatively problem solve when engaged with customers on the phone or in-person
    • Proficient in Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
    • Must have reliable and presentable transportation for customer visits.
