WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Sameday Health Finance Team is looking for an analytics-driven, detail-oriented Strategic Finance Analyst to come on board. This person will report directly to the CFO and be a key player in modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics, which will be used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. This person possesses tremendous multi-tasking skills, thrives in a fast paced environment, is a champion of managing competing priorities, and is passionate about being a vital resource to the team.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

• Conduct data-driven analysis around the various internal KPIs to provide actionable recommendations and insights
• Drive ad-hoc analyses for business partners (operations, laboratories, logistics, etc.) to help them make important decisions about business strategy and operation
• Help assess financial impact, and pros/cons of potential new products, business verticals, and general operational strategies
• Partake in investor relations, reporting, and potential fundraising including investor decks and investor updates
• Partner with Accounting, Tax and other external partners to complete projects efficiently and effectively

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE NECESSARY

• You have 2-4 years of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Consulting experience.
• Comfort and experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data.
• An Excel wizard who can solve complex problems efficiently.
• You are tech-savvy, a quick learner and want to hit the ground running.
• You love the challenge of solving complex problems and are solution-oriented.
• You are organization-obsessed and excited to build processes from the ground up.
• You communicate with compassion and empathy is a skill of yours.
• You are comfortable working in a fast paced start-up environment.
