    JOB TITLE: CLIENT MANAGER                                      

    DEPARTMENT: VACCINE STAFF

    PAY RATE: $18.75 HOURLY RATE                 

     

    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for friendly, client-focused individuals who will be greeting and checking-in individuals to receive vaccines. It is ideally imperative you are passionate about assisting people during this pandemic that may or may not be symptomatic. Our number one goal is optimal customer service and professionalism. We are a young, active and efficient team that believes lucrative healthcare services can be provided harmoniously and enjoyably with the right team.

     

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Check-in clientele and providing directions when necessary
    • Sanitizing indoor and outdoor areas often
    • Always abide by CDC compliancy guidelines
    • Provide strong feedback to team
    • Maintain and foster a positive, upbeat, and energized environment
    • Reliable
    • Opening and locking up of space
    • Understand usage of our internal software (must be tech savvy)
     
    

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
    • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
    • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
    • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years related experience in Customer Service, Marketing, or Administrative roles

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
