Vision Products, a Sampco Company, is growing!  We are currently looking to add an ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER to our Cheswick facility.

This position will support the Operations Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing/production activities for the facility.  The Assistant Operations Manager is second in command within the organization and will work with the Operations Manager in all staffing areas.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years overseeing day-to-day training and supervision of 20+ employee teams consisting of group leaders, machine operators and light assemblers in a manufacturing environment.  This position is responsible for managing production schedules, determining priorities and managing team(s) through completion. 

This position is executed by using Job Orders, drawings and/or other documents to ensure products are built per customer specifications;

Having a hands on and mechanical know-how of equipment to build of prototypes is a plus.  Must have proficiency using Excel.
