Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Staff for the Meijer LPGA Classic. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our event by providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a paid position with a rate of $20/hr. We have lots of shift openings, so invite your reliable friends and family to work with you.

Must be 18 years and older to apply.

No travel/hotel is provided. Please only apply if you can work this position as a local and have reliable transportation to the event location in Belmont, MI.

Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift.

This is an outdoor event, you must be comfortable working outdoors - uniform TBD dependent upon weather conditions.

Shifts are approximately 9:30am - 2pm, and 2 pm - 6pm (subject to change) on June 13th - June 16th. Double shifts are available, if working a double shift, you will need to take an unpaid break in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities may include:
- Set up and dismantle event equipment, such as tables, chairs, and signage
- Assist with event registration and check-in processes
- Provide directions and information to event attendees
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Assist with crowd control and manage lines or queues
- Help with the distribution of promotional materials or giveaways
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner

Experience:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Customer service experience is a plus
