    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Client Training Specialist is responsible for training and educating new and transitioning clients and their employees on our current Software. You will be expected to answer questions about the software, help with log-in’s and train the client's team to enable them to succeed in using the software. You will leverage your customer service skills to foster strong relationships in order to ensure clients achieve their goals. While we have all processes and reference materials created, this role also carries the opportunity to improve training material and the client's experiences. This position has also has the potential to evolve and assist with client implementations.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Ability to communicate with diverse audiences (e.g., employees, management, clients and other sites) to provide information and clarification regarding training programs, actions, policies, procedures, and best practices.

    • Troubleshooting ability to ensure that issues are properly documented and resolved.

    • Ability to present complex material well to a group.

    • Ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.

    • Ability to work well in a complex environment with changing priorities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Motivated self-starter; team player

    • Proficient at establishing relationships with customers and internal team.

    • Able to flourish in a high growth environment where change is constant.

    • Proficient Microsoft products and Web Based tools (Zoom) in delivering virtual training.

    • Ability to anticipate needs before they arrive to find solutions.

    • Proficiency in Spanish a plus

    • Must have strong interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills to work with a diverse population.

    • Ability to work with deadlines.

    • Ability to work independently.

    • Ability to deliver a class onsite and remotely, meeting the needs of both groups.

    • Familiarity with distance learning principles

    • Demonstrate strategic thinking when working with client training requests.

    • Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize own and other’s work to assure maximum efficiency.

    • Keen attention to detail

    EXPERIENCE

    • Two (2) years in a similar role
    • Two (2) years of training and customer services experience
    • Isolved software experience a plus.
