Our San Antonio-based company buys houses fast for cash and we are one of the premiere wholesale homebuyers in the San Antonio area. We generate leads through direct mail, online marketing, and deal directly with distressed sellers. Responsibilities: Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team • Show our deals to prospective real estate investors (buyers) • A large amount of driving will be required to show our deal to investors • Developing and nurturing relationships with our real estate investors • Actively marketing and networking for new buyers for our properties • Getting contracts signed in person and digitally • Communicating effectively with all parties involved • Taking the transaction from "contract to close" • There are additional job responsibilities that will be discussed in the interview • Do administrative and other duties that are required Qualifications: • MUST BE BILINGUAL (FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH). • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF BUSINESS AND/OR SALES EXPERIENCE (WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD) • MUST LIVE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX • WILLING AND ABLE TO BE ON THE ROAD FOR LARGE AMOUNTS OF TIME • Experience in real estate. Must have a passion for real estate • Has past experience with phone sales, field sales, or contract negotiation • Understands that your take-home earnings are based on your performance • A natural "people person" who has the ability to build rapport and possesses strong communication skills  • Must have a great attitude and be coachable  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” that wants to serve, and add value • Must be a great manager of time, and be able to work autonomously from home • Must be a “people person” • Must be somewhat tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM (Podio), Microsoft Office, Skype, Docusign, Smartphone, etc • This is a 100% commission based position where you can work from home Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ yearly
