Responsibilities: • Motivated individual who likes to deal with people on the phone • Able to manage and answer all incoming calls live • Must be articulate on the phone and build rapport with the callers Qualifications: • Quickly build rapport over the phone with friendly and conversational voice • Display confidence in our company and process, and project that confidence over phone to caller • Control and direct conversation to gather necessary information • Need to be curious and want to know as much as possible about the caller’s situation to put company in best position for acquisition of the property • Persistent with great follow through; doesn't give up easily • Self Motivated with a burning desire to succeed, great energy, integrity, and strong work ethic Compensation: $30,000
