Law Clerk (Business Litigation and Employment Law)
Job Description
Our business & employment litigation firm has a need for a law clerk. This position is for people who love what they do and we will mentor and train you to get to the next level, and fast. You will deal with simple to complex cases in both state and federal courts. It is full-time, but we are open to part-time as well.
This position is only for 3Ls or post-bar candidates who live in San Diego.

We have events for the team several times a year. We offer a great work-life balance and after 4 years, you receive 5 weeks off with pay, in addition to many other days (birthdays, Valentine's Day, December holidays), and other benefits and bonuses, depending on your position with our firm.
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in preparing complaints, answers, issuing and responding to discovery, as well as motions; of these, law and motion skills are the most important to us. Strong research skills on Westlaw are critical, as is a good command of grammar.
We seek someone who likes to learn and is dedicated to improving their skills. Our law firm is searching for someone who can work well without supervision (as we don't micromanage), is a self-starter, is organized, and someone who can handle a fast-paced environment.

We offer an array of bonuses that can add significantly to your pay and you are welcome to work from our offices or at home.
