    Marketing Intern Back on My Feet San Francisco - San Francisco, CA Internship Based in San Francisco, the Back on My Feet Development & Marketing internship role is an unpaid fall internship with a commitment of at least three months at 20 hours a week to begin September 2018. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization and basic technical skills. Specific Responsibilities will include: · Support Development & Marketing Manager with various development tasks to promote Back on My Feet and meet fundraising goals · Work to promote and increase the San Francisco Chapters social media presence · Assist with events, helping coordinate logistics, communications and event execution and follow up · Database management to ensure all donor data is kept up to date · Assist with communication to donors including acknowledgement letters, monthly newsletters and other e-blasts · Create flyers and other promotional material following organizational brand standards in Canva · Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience · Upper-level (Junior or Senior) college students and Master-level students welcome to apply; Bachelors degree in related field (communications, marketing, non-profit management) preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) · Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Experience with social media preferred Personal Characteristics · High energy, results oriented individual · Unequivocal passion for the organization, mission and the members we serve · Comfortable with a flexible i.e. not 9-5pm working schedule · Desire to attend night and weekend program events as required · A proactive, assertive and hands-on individual who is self-motivated and requires limited direction · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, changing environment. · Team-oriented and willing to contribute to overarching team/Chapter goals · Unquestionable integrity and highest ethical standards · Personal experience with running or other related fitness activity preferred Contacts For qualified candidates, please submit a resume and a cover letter or statement expressing why you are interested in this position.
