    ** Job Summary:**

    The job of Green Coffee Logistics Coordinator will oversee the importation and exportation of quality green coffee in accordance with the San Francisco Bay/Rogers Family Company established standards. The Green Coffee Logistics ensures on time delivery, oversees freight lines and shipping costs.

    ** Key Responsibilities:**

    • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
    • Oversee shipping lines and freight companies
    • Oversee the unloading and loading of supplies in a warehouse or loading dock
    • Delegates assignments to warehouse coordinator and material handler
    • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements
    • Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
    • Communicates with departments regarding on time delivery and coffee supply
    • Communicates and allocates delivery to various warehouses
    • Keep logs and records of warehouse inventory and executed orders
    • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
    • Ensures that all expenditures stay within company budget
    • Creating weekly schedules and appointments with outside vendors and customers
    • Assists in unloading and loading green coffee from scheduled containers
    • Comply with Federal, State, Governmental and or any other appropriate regulatory laws or guidelines
    • Builds relationships with suppliers and vendors
    • Ensure honest and ethical behavior
    • Ensure company goals, values and profitability
    • Other duties and special assignments as assigned by Manager

    Follow all company procedures and policies, especially with respect to Safety, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices

    ** Requirements:**

    • ****High School or GED equivalent
    • 4 year college degree in related field or work experience equivalent
    • 2-4 years in related role
    • 1-2 years in manufacturing environment preferred
    • Clear, honest and direct communication with all departments and vendors
    • Pays close attention to detail
    • Manages time effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
    • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
    • Demonstrates solid problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Spanish speaking preferred
    • Licensed Q Grader preferred Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and data systems

    Pay: $26-$29 per hour

    Location: Lincoln, CA
