    The San Francisco Film School is seeking an experienced college administrator with knowledge of Title IV financial aid processing and experience working with government compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, complete critical projects on-time, be effective at multi-tasking, and enjoy navigating through the government bureaucracy. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and prior experience working with LMS software are required. Experience with grant writing and compliance audits are a big plus. This critical position needs someone with good problem-solving skills who is a team player, all the while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Responsibilities: • Be the point person for all financial aid processing, working directly with students, parents, the admissions team, and most importantly with our financial aid processor • Work with the Registrar to maintain student records and online database (Populi) • Manage and maintain the school's compliance responsibilities following state, federal, and accreditor guidelines • Assist the Admissions Department in processing student applications • Work with the CPA auditor on yearly compliance audits • Work with management to apply for and win state and federal grants Qualifications: • Must have at least 2+ years experience as a school administrator, with post-secondary experience a plus • The ability to understand, and even enjoy, navigating and complying with government regulations • History of successfully managing and completing complex projects • The ability to work effectively as a team member, supporting shared outcomes and goals • High proficiency with computers and cloud-based software • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
