Job Description

CRCM LP is looking for a full-time Operations/Accounting Assistant in our San Francisco office. The position will help with the general bookkeeping activities, fund operations, and some admin/HR work.

LOCATION: San Francisco, Bay Area

JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES (SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO):

· Help across all the business functions: operations, finance, accounting, and investor relations.

· Maintain all related accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files in a neat and orderly manner.

· Perform all computer data entry to generate and review related reports and routine financial statements.

· Complete bank reconciliation on the monthly basis.

· Take part in the cash/risk management function

· Assist in the operational duties for various investment entities, i.e., fund accounting, reporting, audit, etc.

· Interact with all company personnel regarding financial issues.

· Assist CFO with managing vendors, payroll, tax filing, and various regulatory filing requirements.

· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor / Master’s degree in accounting / finance / economics

· Prior experience (1-2 years) in a professional setting - operations, accounting, finance, fund management, or consulting is preferred

· Intermediate Excel skills

. Proficient in QuickBooks

· Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills

· Superior critical thinking skills and demonstrated success working in an entrepreneurial environment is ideal

· Comfortable performing in fast, high-pressure situations

· Desire to create efficient, scalable and efficient process and workflows from scratch

· Comfortable approaching issues at both a detailed and high level
