    Job Description

    PART-TIME / TEMPORARY POSITION MAY TRANSITION TO A PERMANENT AND / OR FULL-TIME POSITION AT SOME FUTURE TIME.

     

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    • Office Assistant (Part time / at-will / temporary position
    • Hours: 20-30 hours per week
    • Work Schedule: Flexible

    BASIC DUTIES:

    • Process mail by scanning, notifying and filing electronically
    • Answer phones, route calls and take messages
    • Answer member inquiries in person, vi telephone and / or email
    • Moderate to heavy word processing
    • Data entry
    • Heavy document scanning, filing, organizing
    • Outgoing / Incoming mail processing
    • Other Duties as Assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel as well as standard email applications
    • Strong mathematics skills and ability to analyze and interpret various spreadsheets, formulas and mathematical equations including statistical information
    • Strong written and oral skills
    • Strong inter-personal skills

    OTHER INFORMATION:

    • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School graduate (required).
    • Be able to dedicate 20-30 hours per week to this position
