    Your Role at Sana Lake

    Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Recovery Supportive Housing Peer who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

    As a Recovery Supportive Housing Peer, you will emphasize the acquisition, development, and expansion of the rehabilitation skills needed to move forward in substance use or co-occurring recovery. You will also provide transportation between Recovery Housing and Outpatient Services. This role will also be responsible for providing emergency response throughout the housing location. You will provide guidance and support to members living within the housing complex. Interventions are built on the unique relationship between the Peer Specialist, the individual served, and his or her family unit. The Peer will have a caseload of members to meet with and guide in their early Recovery. The ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) is a necessity.

    We would love to learn more about you if you have:

    • A high school diploma or GED
    • Certification as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board
    • A valid State of Missouri Driver's License (Class E)
    • CPR and First Aid Certification (training can be provided)
