Your Role at Sana Lake

Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Nurse for our outpatient facility who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!

As a Nurse you will:

• Assess, observe, and speak to members for programming

• Provide health promotion and education to the member

• Chart

• Communicate with Members, pharmacies, families, and providers

• Take vital signs and administer injections as needed per doctor's orders

We would be interested in talking to you if you:_

• Have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• __1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position or similar function
• __Active state RN or LPN license in good standing __
• __CPR and First Aid Certified
