Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, airless paint spraying, and using hand tools. As a Sandblaster, you will play a crucial role in surface preparation for various projects.

Duties:

• Utilize sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other substances from surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing by sandblasting to ensure proper adhesion
• Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment and tools
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

-Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

• Proven experience in sandblasting techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with construction estimating for material usage
• Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition through effective sandblasting
• Strong attention to detail to maintain quality standards
• Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift heavy materials
