UZURV is an 85+ person, growing technology company based in Richmond, VA. The company operates in over `1%%20 states and is expanding nationally. As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company (Adaptive TNC), the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation.
UZURV's platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol-tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged. It is a technology platform and service that helps people who need assistance get where they need to go. We are pioneering a service to give back to communities in ways not done before. A little bit about the role…
As UZURV continues to grow, we are expanding our team of people who focus on building and engaging with our existing driver base and work to help them be more successful as a part of UZURV. This position will report directly to the driver success team manager and will frequently collaborate with the rest of the driver success team. As a Driver Success and Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Working cross functionally with the marketing and operations teams to provide a top-notch driver experience, beginning with onboarding
- Presenting the total value proposition and benefits of working for UZURV with prospective and current drivers
- Serving as a point of contact for new drivers and responding to driver support tickets
- Paying keen attention to details on various documents and making quick determinations on validity
- Handling and verifying confidential information from various sources
- Managing a pipeline of interested drivers and working to keep them engaged and active on the platform
- Increasing the reliability of UZURV's driver network and reducing the number of trips returned and increasing the number of trips each driver takes
- Monitoring the health of the driver pipeline and pool for each market to increase operational efficiency
- Capturing and managing driver information into CRM systems (bonus points if you're a HubSpot pro!)
- Increasing driver retention rates and the amount of eligible active drivers in each market
- Organizing and attending promotional and in-market driver appreciation events
- Ability to travel 30%
We are excited about you because…
- You have a Bachelor's degree
- You have 2-3+ years of full-time experience employed in a sales, marketing, or customer service position where you successfully managed inbound calls, questions, support tickets, etc.
- You have experience managing and balancing multiple priorities, projects, and client relationships
- You have the ability to identify and resolve issues for drivers independently; to display initiative, ownership, and accountability while applying high-judgment decision making
- You have the ability to speak up and offer solutions using supporting data and hands on research
- You have a proven history of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- You are an excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills and keen attention to detail
- You possess a positive attitude, “can do” mindset, and the ability to be a contributing team player
- ** Major bonus points if you have a background in rideshare driving**
To be successful at UZURV, you must be:
- Technology-oriented - You must be well-versed in G Suite applications and adept with the installation and utilization of smartphone apps (and helping others use them).
- Metrics-minded - We build great stuff, but it is not easy. You must be driven to find the numbers that help us hit goals and identify solutions, especially while under pressure.
- Agile - Multitasking is necessary in a growing, fast-paced company, as is the ability to plan and organize your workload. You must be flexible and nimble to adapt to shifting priorities.
