    JOB SUMMARY:

    We currently have an opening for a full-time receptionist.  We are seeking to hire a dynamic, high-impact individual who wants to make a difference. We are looking for a highly articulate and eloquent individual, with a knack for customer service and enjoyment for working with people.  The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, diligent spirit, and will want to work in an environment of mutual respect and camaraderie. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls with a polite and approachable demeanor.
    • Professionally greet clients and visitors and notify employees of their arrival.
    • Assist with filing and mail coordination
    • Producing digital copies of documents for retention purposes
    • Producing legible, clean scans that are accurate and of the highest quality possible
    • Organizing and naming scanned documents on various local, network and cloud storage devices
    • Shredding documents
    • Records requests
    • Potential client intake, transcription, and administrative support duties
    • Provide administrative project support for various departments as needed
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Intermediate level MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat required.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required.
    • Strong organizational skills required.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision required.
    • Punctuality and time management required.
    • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Ability to work 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    • Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Administrative Certificate; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
    • 2 or more years of corporate receptionist experience preferred.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

    Mathematical Skills

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to perform these operations using American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carrying out simple one-or two- step instructions.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral format
