Job Description:
Coordinates nutritional care of patients by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting dietary information about patients. Provides guidance and collaborates with the Food Service Director in the provision of food and nutrition services.
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to apply regulations, policies and procedures
Must possess reading comprehension, data entry, supervise others
Must have compassion and desire to work with the elderly.
Must be able to communicate efficiently with residents, family, staff & vendors.
Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibility as a supervisor as well as an individual
Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality to the rights & privacy of others.
Must be Business oriented
Must meet all requirements to pass AHCA Background check
