As a Client Care Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting a highly successful agent with all aspects of Real Estate. This position does NOT require a real estate license. No evenings or weekends required except when we have a client event 1-2x a year. We have numerous training classes, webinars and tutorials that will get you up to speed fast on the real estate-specific platforms and programs. Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  • Marketing - Updating websites, blogs, online listings, social media, creating flyers, mailers, and videos.  • Create and/or manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up.  • Keep track of the team's production numbers on spreadsheets and create graphs.  • Oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial contact to follow-up after the sale, including but not limited to: scheduling, pre-listing process, open houses, coordinating inspections, appraisals, escrow, title, photography, signs, lockboxes, showings, marketing materials, MLS input, etc.  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, and all involved in transaction. • Ensure our work space stays as paperless as possible by uploading attachments and files to the cloud.  • Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through.
