As a Listing and Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting a highly successful agent with all aspects of Real Estate from contracts and deadlines to getting the listings on the market. This position does NOT require a real estate license. No evenings or weekends required except when we have a client event 1 - 2 times a year. We have numerous training classes, webinars and tutorials that will get you up to speed fast on the real estate-specific platforms and programs. The ideal candidate will be a person who enjoys supporting others and is content to be "behind-the-scenes," making it happen! Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Create and/or manage all systems and processes for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up • Keep track of the team's production • Oversee all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial contact to follow-up after the sale, including but not limited to: scheduling, pre-listing process, coordinating inspections, appraisals, escrow, title, photography, signs, lockboxes, showings, marketing materials, MLS input, etc. • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, and all involved in transaction via phone and email • Ensure our workspace stays as paperless as possible by uploading attachments and files to the cloud. • Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through. A lover of checklists Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years office experience - this is non-negotiable and must have been in a busy office working with projects, calendars and/or contracts with client contact • Positive can-do attitude. Nothing is too hard for you to learn • Strong computer skills • Technology savvy • Detail-oriented.
