    Job Description

    Sandler Bros. is looking for an energetic, experienced Customer Service/Sales Administration Team Associate. The candidate should have a pleasant phone voice, enjoy dealing with customers and solving problems. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must be very comfortable with computer work and excellence in Outlook, Word and Excel is a must. The candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. One to three years of sales/customer service experience is desired. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have office experience.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Provide assistance to the outside sales representatives on your team and overall customer service support for all regions
    • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Manager.
    • Receive, price and process orders as received
    • Maintain and update account information in the computer
    • Process quotes and bids for the outside sales representatives
    • Build and maintain relationships with all customers and/or vendors
    • Prospect for new customers and revive dormant old customers
    • Upsell items and the dollar amount of orders whenever possible:
