    Responsibilities:

    • Starts machine to obtain first run work piece and verifies dimensional tolerances
    • Coordinate and pre-stage all necessary items for die change.
    • Set up and program new jobs on initial run.
    • Manually loads parts or blanks into machine and place parts into inventory baskets.
    • Loads coils and feeds material into die where applicable.
    • Inspects components and assemblies visually for quality defects including scrap marks, rust, burrs, lamination, etc.
    • Monitors press for proper operation and reports any malfunctions or problems to supervisor and maintenance.
    • Performs routine and preventative maintenance and setup including, but not limited to, die setting/fastening, machine lubrication (tools utilized include hand held pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, die bars, etc).

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred or 2-3 years demonstrated ability to meet job requirements
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
    • Knowledge of purchase orders, order processing and invoicing
    • Computer and software skills, particularly in Excel
    • Ability to learn new processes and applications
