  • Responsibilities

    PBM Graphics an RRD company is a leading commercial printing and packaging company in North America, producing educational products, publications, and sales materials for the healthcare industry and general commercial print for many other industries, as well as collectible trading cards associated with the entertainment and sports industries.

    Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures.  Provide clerical support by  recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.  Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.  Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.  May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.  Responsible for maintaining department files.  May assist with production planning and special projects.  May assist in resolving payroll issues.  Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    Must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

    • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
    • Experience with email, Gmail
    • Experience in a manufacturing atmosphere
    • Ability to work in various temperatures (warm summers/cool winters).  Office is climate controlled
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision

    Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

    Prior onsite experience preferred.
