  • Responsibilities
    • Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development life cycle.
    • Directly supervises repair technician(s) and electronic tester(s) including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities.
    • Establish and maintain procedures and test documentation for all products.

     

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of IPC 610 and PC board assembly related testing standards
    • Must have experience with electronic assembly equipment and processes such as SMT, hand soldering, flow solder, AOI and X-ray inspection.
    • Applied knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project etc) is required
    • Must have MRP experience.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, RoHS/WEEE, product certifications and other applicable systems.

    Required Experience

    • B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in hardware / firmware / software system testing, quality assurance and quality control.
