Seeking Operations Clerk - Clerical Support for our Warehouse Operations 1st Shift 8-4:30pm
- Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures.
- Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
- Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
- May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.
- Responsible for maintaining department files.
- May assist with production planning and special projects.
- Any other duties as assigned

Required Skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, WMS
- Ability to create reports
- Must have experience in responding to inventory issues
- Ability to be a liaison between warehouse and office teams
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime as needed
Required Experience
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment
- 3-5 years experience in clerical support
