    We are seeking a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic global marketing campaigns that drive growth, pipeline acceleration, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns aligned with sales plays and use cases.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and own the global campaign strategy, ensuring campaign performance meets targets.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that align with revenue growth objectives.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, marketing operations, marketing communications, content, and digital teams, to understand target markets, personas, available resources, and relevant program tactics for multi-touch demand creation.
    • Manage end-to-end coordination and execution of demand generation campaigns, including strategy, planning, promotion, optimization, and reporting.
    • Create comprehensive integrated marketing plans, including field, digital, social, content, analyst relations, etc.
    • Obtain consensus to execute programs globally or locally, leading the execution of global programs or providing best practice advisory services to marketers executing regional programs for aligned campaigns.
    • Enhance go-to-market programs by applying industry best practices and insights from ongoing program analysis; drive innovative demand creation approaches and continuous improvement by applying insights from past program performance and new techniques for advanced demand creation.
    • Monitor and report on campaign leads' conversion to sales opportunities globally.
    • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and sales goals, contributing at least 30% of the sales pipeline through strategic marketing plans.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure demand creation stakeholder requests are considered and implemented, enabling ongoing business process adoption and improvement.

    Required Skills

    • Proven track record in developing and managing multiple large-scale B2B demand generation campaigns
    • In-depth knowledge of various promotional vehicles, services, and vendors
    • Ability to define target market segmentation and develop audience personas
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by influence in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with local and globally based project team members
    • Ability to align with field marketing and sales globally to drive growth and achieve the goals and objectives of each region
    • Proficient in creating, socializing, and tracking program plans using PowerPoint and Excel, along with collaboration and reporting tools
    • Ability to develop strategic plans and deliver compelling presentations to share program strategy, plans, and performance dashboards with leaders
    • Expertise in budget and vendor management to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, including lead generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration.
    • Experience in developing and managing multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, digital, and events.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), sales force automation systems (e.g., CRM, SFDC), and business intelligence tools.
    • Experience in software or technology industry is required.
    • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and buyer's journey, including education, solution, and selection phases.
    • Creative and/or agency experience is a plus.

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $75,506 - $141,537. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
