Vice President of Sales will be responsible for selling Kofax’s Imaging portfolio around print, capture, PDF and/or OCR technologies that was acquired from Nuance’s Imaging Division and is being integrated into the Intelligent Automation platform.   The Intelligent Automation software platform, which is unique in the marketplace, helps organizations transform information-intensive business processes, reduce manual work and errors, minimize costs, and improve customer engagement.     A successful Vice President of Sales will have demonstrated experience developing and leveraging a trusted partner network to expand territory reach and account influence, while also ensuring direct access and influence with their strategic accounts.  The Vice Presidet of Sales is expected to continually develop focused territory and account sales strategies to identify & expand opportunities. The The Vice Presidet of Sales will have a demonstrated success with the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, progression, forecasting and close. 

    The Vice President of Sales is responsible for selling solutions that pulls from the entire suite of Kofax Imaging products.  The role will be to assist the Account Executives to develop, manage and execute sales plans focused on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis through a proven solution selling methodology.

    • Lead and Manage the Enterprise sales team
    • Be a strategic and operational leader
    • Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
    • Hire, Inspect, Coach, Develop, Mentor, and Drive successful sales executives
    • Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
    • Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
    • Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
    • Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
    • Represent the Kofax brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • 12 plus years of experience in enterprise software 5 years’ experience leading a division or regional sales team
    • Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience and proven track record
    • Experience in enterprise software solutions selling is desirable
    • Must be an excellent oral and written communicator
    • Responsible for maintenance of operational tools, SFDC, Clari, Teams, MS Suite
    • Experience to build, develop and maintain a highly effective sales team
    • Experience with direct and indirect sales models
    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
    • Autonomous, strong communication skills, strong leader, influential
