    At our Bellevue plant we build and paint the frame for the world’s top selling pickup truck.  We invest in our people and in the local communities in which we are located through skills training, tuition reimbursement and community outreach.

     This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment to support production so that goals and quality standards can be met.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding problems.
    • Support production by responding to calls for mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding issues.
    • Continually inspect the manufacturing area for mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding issues.
    • Install, replace, and repair pumps, valves, bearings, gauges, and other components.
    • Inspect equipment, seal pumps, and replace filters.
    • Check voltages and amps on electrical equipment.
    • Check and install electrical motors and change oil in gearboxes.
    • Knowledge and experience using basic shop equipment.
    • Maintain the maintenance work area in a clean and orderly manner.
    • Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisors, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Personnel, Quality Personnel, and Production Operators to resolve issues.
    • Enter downtime information in the Downtime Tracking log.
    • Basic understanding of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System standards.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Education: Associate s degree in an applicable technical field preferred, enrollment in a qualified program is a plus.

     Experience: Previous maintenance experience.

     Training and Skills:

    • Knowledge of low and high-pressure hydraulics.
    • Knowledge and understanding of pneumatics.
    • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
    • AC motors and variable frequency drives.
    • Knowledge of electrical testing equipment.
    • Controls knowledge (PEC s, robotics, switches, lasers, cameras, and other sensors).
    • Allen-Bradley programmable controllers and operator interfaces such as HMI’s and Panel Views.
    • Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) (MIG) process and maintenance on welding equipment.
    • ABB and Fanuc robotics.
    • Use of HMI’s or Panel Views
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash.
    • Computer and record keeping skills.
    • Team player.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal direction.
    • Ability to work independently under stress and stringent deadlines.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Basic understanding of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System standards.
