ESSENTIAL ABILITIES AND SKILLS OF A RECRUITER:

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting in Accounting and Finance preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Passionate about being the best at what you do
• Self-motivated, self-starter (Entrepreneurial spirit)
• Ability to pick up the phone every day
• Excellent communications (i.e. verbal, written & presentations)
• Computer savvy, quick learner, teachable and coachable
• Disciplined, organized and prepared
• You LOVE that your income is tied to your work ethic & performance
• You are comfortable being uncomfortable and overcoming rejection
• You are a problem solver and can adapt quickly
• You are personable, outgoing, and persistent
