Position: Business Analyst

3 Keys:

• 3-5 years of analyst experience
• Account statement review (Budgeting, forecast, financial statement review)
• Solid Excel experience

Responsibilities

• · Handle a portfolio of properties
• · Create projections, budgets, business review, and financial analysis for management
• · Work within Excel and Yardi to provide a lot of detail
• · Create, report, and monitor all transactions to drive revenue
• · Pull data from various warehouses, analyze, provide a solution and summarize to management
• · Provide for ad hoc financial analysis as required
  

Experience

• 3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Very good in EXCEL; Yardi experience a plus
• Property management a plus but not necessary
• Experience with budgeting and forecasts
