Sanford Rose is looking for an Accounting Coordinator on a permanent basis for a reputable vending machine company in the Tampa, FL area! If you are passionate about growing your accounting career with a large company that has a small company feel, this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- AP & AR
- Reconciliations for cash, inventory, AP, AR
- Processes vendor payables; prepares and submits payment requests; transfers journal entries.
- Reconciles cash received to cash recorded
- Assists with invoice entry and transfers
- Assists with researching outstanding Accounts Payable
- Files paid invoices
- Enters data into inventory systems; maintains accurate and current information
- Enters, submits and follows up on work orders; prompts escalation as needed
- Handles day to day machine movement, new account installations, inventory transfers, credit card installs/removals
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an accounting clerk or coordinator
- H.S. Diploma, AA Degree would be preferred
- Outlook, Word, Excel (VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables Required)
- Ability to learn internal systems and web-based system
- Easy going and laid back but gets the work done
- Rolls up sleeves and dives in without hesitation
- Can handle stressful workloads
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and not break down under the pressure
