Qualifications:
- 2 + years’ experience with business development in a metrics/activity-based environment.
- Accounting/Finance background is preferred
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person client meetings
- Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
Job Responsibilities:
- Market our services via telephone and by conducting in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments
- Effectively sell and recruit through modern media connections (phone, text, email, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with decision makers
- Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
- Listen to and diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
- Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
- Through effective questions understand our clients’ needs/desires and subsequently make and propose solutions
