There will be great value placed on your demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and support your book of business, in addition to helping oversee a team of benefits professionals. This select team will be challenged to improve every facet of operations as well as maximize the productivity of the Benefits Department overall. To that end, you will collaborate extensively with Senior Leadership.

 In This Key Role, You Will:

• Grow and maintain a multi-million dollar Benefits Book of Business

• Establish and nurture Carrier relationships both locally and regionally

• Long-term development of the Production team through training and mentoring

• Ensure KPIs are consistently met

• Focus on strategic growth with senior leadership

• Meet with Executive Leadership to plan and implement strategies

• Define and shape the culture of our Benefits Department

• Generate new sales and grow our renewal business organically

 To Qualify, You Will Need:

• At least 5 years progressive experience growing and maintaining a Benefits Book of Business
• The capability to analyze, create and manage the operational process to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills in order to effectively communicate and drive sustainable change for a wide range of audiences, including Executives.
