The purpose of the Account Executive role is to support clients from top to bottom and front to back.

One unique trait of this role is the fact that Account Executives are eligible for commissions on new business that is sold. Grow your compensation right away and for the long term with a GENEROUS and healthy Base Salary!

This role will be responsible for...

• Interfacing with a team of Benefits Analyst to ensure a smooth and accurate quoting and renewal process
• Maintaining strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to enhance the product placement process
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
• Attending prospecting meeting with Producers to answer technical questions to help close new business
• Interfacing with Technology Specialists to ensure smooth data management and transmission
• Monitoring reporting and compliance techniques
• Creating and presenting client presentation at open-enrollment meetings

What we want to see…

• 5+ years working for a carrier or brokerage firm
• Proven history of strong client retention successes
  
• Proven history of strong carrier/underwriter relationships
